In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via accepted methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal). By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount. We use secure payment processors and do not store your full payment details. Promotional codes or discounts are subject to specific terms and may not be combined.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. THREADCART is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging, subject to our Return Policy. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of returned merchandise. Certain items (e.g., final sale, intimate apparel) are non-returnable.
