30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days from the date of delivery. We offer free returns for all eligible items – no hidden fees or return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are also processed free of charge, subject to product availability.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or that do not meet our condition standards.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

No Restocking Fee
THREADCART does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. The full purchase price of eligible items will be refunded, excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or our error. In such cases, we will also reimburse the original shipping cost.
